Meriden, CT was named after the home town of the founder who was from Meriden, England. Check Wikipedia Encyclopedia or do a search for "Meriden England" to find more links. There is also a Meriden in Australia.

| the disablity wheelchairs have a hard time useing the side walks on west main street buy save a lot and family dollar there never shoveled and the side walk buy the court house is never shoveled my wheel chair got stuck in the snow ..who is the blame... |
