ATTENTION SMOKERS!

The Meriden Health Department is offering a FREE Smoking Cessation Program!

Individuals who smoke or use other forms of smokeless tobacco are urged to join our Tobacco Free Tuesdays Meet-Up to receive the guidance and support you need to quit for good.

Tuesday Nights, 5:30pm - 6:30pm

New to the group? Please call you before you attend!

Each group will meet on Tuesdays for 7 weeks at the Meriden Health Department, 165 Miller Street (use the Clinic Entrance).

Interested participants may also meet privately with the “QUIT COACH” for one-on-one conversation to determine a plan to become and remain tobacco free. Pregnant women, new moms, and their household members are highly encouraged to enroll in the program.

Nicotine replacement therapies (start up supply of the patch, gum, or lozenge) are also available at no cost to those who enroll in the program! (Pregnant women will need doctor’s approval, some exclusions apply)

To RSVP, or for more information, please call
