On January 15, 2011, Chief Jeffry Cossette made the following assignments:
Officer Michael Boothroyd #442 was assigned from 1st Watch Patrol to the Neighborhood Initiative Traffic Unit. Officer Boothroyd will handle speeding complaints, chronic traffic problems, enforcement at high volume intersections, and parking complaints. Officer Boothroyd can be reached by email.

Officer Kathyria Maldonado #423 was assigned from 1st Watch Patrol to the Neighborhood Initiative Unit-School Resource Officer for Wilcox Tech. Officer Maldonado is currently working as a substitute SRO at Lincoln Middle School. She will be responsible for police presence patrols, criminal matters within the school, and as liaison to the school administration.
