Smoking Cessation Program

                                         Please note - after October 31, 2014, only Tobacco Free Tuesday will be offered.

We will still provide the patch, gum, or lozenge for FREE to those that sign up and attend the group!

 

FREE program services include:
 
  • In-person, one-on-one counseling (until October 31, 2014 only)
  • Tobacco Free Tuesdays - a weekly "meet-up" group held on Tuesday evenings at the Health Department from 5:30-6:30pm. Tobacco Free Tuesdays offers support in a small group setting.
  • Nicotine replacement therapy - 12-weeks of either the patch, gum, or lozenge**
  • Referrals to 24 hour support lines and services

**A doctor's referral will be needed for pregnant women. Some exclusions apply.

A new free nationwide Asian-language quit smoking service.

Speak with a bi-lingual/ bi-cultural counselor and receive culturally-tailored cessation resources and help with quitting.
