Smoking Cessation Program
The Meriden Health Department has received a grant from the CT Department of Public Health to offer smoking
cessation services to Meriden residents, especially pregnant and post-partum women and their household members!
Services include:
- Small Group and individual counseling
- Nicotine replacement therapy (a 12-week supply of either the patch, gum, or lozenge)**
- Referrals to 24 hour support lines and services

**A doctor's referral will be needed for pregnant women. Some exclusions apply.
