Food Recalls

The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) share responsibility for food safety.

The FSIS of the USDA regulates and inspects meat, poultry products, and eggs.

The FDA has jurisdiction over recalls involving food and pet and farm animal feed.
