Chief Jeffry Cossette announced the retirement of Detective Dennis Sullivan after 20 years of dedicated service. Detective Sullivan served as a patrol officer, Special Crimes Unit Detective, and Major Crime Unit Detective. Detective Sullivan also served as a Field Training Officer and as the Department's Assistant Training Officer. Detective Sullivan will continue to serve the City of Meriden as a Reserve Officer.
