All hunting, trapping, and sport fishing licenses expire on December 31st of the year issued except permanent licenses issued to those 65 years of age or over and pheasant tags, which are valid through early January. These licenses are issued in accordance with appropriate city and state regulations and guidelines. Licenses issued to any blind, mentally disabled or physically disabled person shall be a LIFETIME license. You may buy licenses, permits & tags online or by visiting the City Clerk's Office.
