AFFORDABLE HOMEOWNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES IN MERIDEN
The City of Meriden is working with two non-profit housing developers to purchase, rehab and resell properties that have been foreclosed. These properties will be resold to low and moderate income homebuyers. Funding for this program is provided by the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). The City of Meriden, in partnership with CIL Affordable Housing Inc. and Mutual Housing/Neighborworks New Horizons, currently has several affordable housing opportunities available.
